Tech-Suite Inc. Privacy Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Website / Services: tech-suite.com and Tech-Suite applications and services (collectively, the “Services”)

Tech-Suite Inc. (“Tech-Suite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is located at:

Email: info@tech-suite.com
Phone: (747) 244-9996

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website, request a demo, communicate with us, or use our software applications (including MobilePix and HomeSpec).

1) Scope: Website vs. SaaS Applications

This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • Visitors to tech-suite.com
  • Prospects and customers who interact with our sales and support teams
  • Authorized users of our SaaS applications

Customer Data: When an insurance company, adjusting firm, vendor, or other customer uses our applications, Tech-Suite may process information on their behalf (for example: claim documentation, inspection details, photos, notes, and related metadata). In those cases, our customer is typically the “business” that controls the data, and Tech-Suite acts as a service provider/processor. If you are an end user (e.g., a policyholder receiving a link), questions about how your data is used may also be directed to the organization that provided the link.

2) Information We Collect

We collect information in three main ways: (A) information you provide, (B) information collected automatically, and (C) information from third parties.

A. Information you provide

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Contact information: name, email address, phone number, company name, job title
  • Account information: username, role, and authentication details (we do not store your password in plain text)
  • Communications: messages you send us (support tickets, emails, chat messages), and related metadata
  • Demo/marketing details: your preferences, product interest, and scheduling details
  • Billing information (if applicable): billing contact details and invoicing records (payment processing may be handled by a third-party provider)

We do not intentionally require sensitive personal information (e.g., government IDs). Please do not send sensitive personal data unless requested and necessary for support.

B. Information collected automatically

When you visit our website or use our Services, we may collect:

  • Device and usage data: IP address, approximate location (city/state), browser type, device identifiers, operating system, access times, pages/screens viewed, clicks, referring/exit pages, and interaction data

  • Log and diagnostic data: error reports, performance metrics, audit logs, and events related to system security and reliability

C. Information from third parties

We may receive information from:

  • Our customers (e.g., when they provision user accounts)
  • Service providers that help us operate (e.g., analytics, support tools)
  • Identity/authentication providers (if enabled by the customer)

3) How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services (including MobilePix and HomeSpec)

  • Create and manage accounts and authenticate users

  • Respond to inquiries, provide support, and communicate about the Services

  • Personalize and improve user experience, performance, and reliability

  • Conduct analytics and understand usage trends

  • Prevent fraud, protect our users, and secure our systems

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

  • Market and promote our Services (where permitted by law and your preferences)

4) How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

A. With service providers (sub-processors)

We may share information with vendors that help us operate the Services, such as hosting, analytics, customer support, email delivery, and security monitoring. These providers are authorized to use information only as needed to provide services to Tech-Suite.

B. With customers (for SaaS accounts)

If your account was created by an organization (e.g., an insurance company or vendor firm), that organization may have access to activity and content associated with their workspace, subject to their settings and policies.

C. For legal, safety, and rights protection

We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to:

  • Comply with the law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
  • Protect the security of our Services
  • Enforce our agreements or protect our rights, property, and users

D. Business transfers

If Tech-Suite is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

E. With your consent

We may share information when you direct us to, or give consent.

5) Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (e.g., local storage, pixels) to operate and improve our website and Services.

Types of cookies we may use:

  • Essential/Functional cookies to remember preferences and enable core features
  • Analytics cookies to understand how users interact with our website and improve usability
  • Security cookies to help detect fraud and protect sessions

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality.

6) Marketing Communications

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting us. We may still send important service-related messages (e.g., security notices, administrative updates).

7) Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including:

  • providing and improving the Services
  • meeting legal, accounting, or reporting obligations
  • resolving disputes and enforcing agreements

Customer Data stored in our SaaS applications is retained according to customer agreements and configured retention settings, where available.

8) Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9) Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us, and we will take appropriate steps.

10) Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • request correction or deletion (subject to legal and contractual limitations)
  • object to or restrict certain processing
  • opt out of certain marketing communications

To submit a request, contact us at info@tech-suite.com.

11) California Privacy Notice (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
  • Request deletion of certain personal information
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (Tech-Suite does not sell personal information; if we engage in cross-context behavioral advertising in the future, we will provide appropriate choices)
  • Not to be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights

Categories of personal information we may collect (as described above): identifiers (name, email), commercial information (billing records if applicable), internet activity (usage data), and professional/employment information (job title/company).
Purposes include operating the Services, support, security, analytics, and marketing.

Submit California requests to info@tech-suite.com.

12) Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no universal standard for interpreting these signals, we do not respond to Do Not Track signals at this time.

13) Two-Factor Authentication and Messaging (if applicable)

If your account uses SMS or email authentication codes, message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP where supported; however, opting out may limit your ability to access certain security features.

14) Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the Effective Date at the top and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
